Sing Yee & George at Old Marylebone Town Hall

Sing Yee and George’s wedding was a beautiful Chinese British celebration, filled with meaningful traditions and genuine emotion. Their day began with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony, known as Jing Cha, held with close family at Cucumber Hotel. Sharing tea and exchanging red envelopes created a calm and deeply symbolic start to the wedding day, centred around family, respect and connection. After the tea ceremony, we made our way to Old Marylebone Town Hall for the official ceremony. It took place in the grand central hall, the largest room in the building, and felt incredibly emotional and sincere. The atmosphere was warm and heartfelt, with so much love present in the room. Following the ceremony, we took group photos with guests outside the Town Hall, by the iconic columns at the front of the building. These moments felt relaxed and joyful, capturing the energy of the day against a classic London backdrop. The celebrations then continued back at the hotel for the wedding reception. It was truly special to witness such an international wedding day, where different cultures came together so naturally and beautifully. Thank you, Sing Yee and George, for allowing me to document your wedding. It was an honour to capture such a thoughtful and meaningful celebration.
