Petro & Oksana. Ukrainian Wedding
This was a Ukrainian wedding filled with tradition, emotion and an incredibly rich programme, thoughtfully spread across two days. With so many meaningful moments to celebrate and two beautiful dresses chosen by the bride, the wedding unfolded as a story told in chapters. The first day was dedicated to the official civil ceremony, followed by a church service, marking the formal beginning of Petro and Oksana’s marriage. The second day continued with a relaxed restaurant celebration and a wedding walk, allowing space for connection, conversation and unhurried moments together. The main wedding day began with morning preparations at South Place Hotel, located in the very heart of London and offering stunning city views. Calm, intimate moments of getting ready were captured for both the bride and groom, setting a beautiful tone for the day. Afterwards, we headed to St Dunstan in the East Church Garden, where we created group photographs, filmed video moments and photographed Petro and Oksana individually and together, surrounded by historic ruins and greenery. The celebration then moved to a large and elegant banquet hall, bright, spacious and welcoming, where guests enjoyed delicious food and a festive atmosphere. The evening was filled with Ukrainian traditions and rituals, heartfelt moments and true Ukrainian joy, with music, laughter and energy carrying the celebration late into the night. A wedding full of culture, family, tradition and warmth, beautifully reflecting Petro and Oksana’s roots and their life together.
